Know the meaning of barcode

The code is geometric patterns, usually vertical lines, which are used to inspect and track properties or products. It is a way to specify the number that reads these numbers for machines.
Initially the code used a row of lines or "pau" along with the existing space between the corresponding lines.

This standard system is called linear or one-dimensional / 1D linear.
Later the two-dimensional code (2D) was initiated, using metaphors,
spots, six corners and other geometric patterns in both sides, are often called titles although they do not apply to pau.

Initially the codes were selected for special barcode readers. Later software applications were found in devices that could read pictures, as well
smartphones and
camera.

Although the earliest code was used to track the railway cars, it became more popular when it came to use on products sold at the supermarket through a classic reading device.

There are two types of codes,
Universal Product Code - UPC) and
International Standard Book Number (ISBN), which must be requested through the official product verification agencies before they are sold.

The codes may be used to monitor the retail product, or to use personal tracking codes and tracking collections or products.
